Notes: Galand Rambu Anarki is Iwan Fals's son, who died in quite a tragic fashion while his father was busy with his career. Because of that, he created this song.
Every year the prices rise, and that made the poor people even poorer. They are unable to buy milk, especially during the economic depression that hit Indonesia during the 1998's. Not only the price of milk was high, it was really rare too.
Iwan Fals is well-known due to his people-biased songs, and they often lightly insult the government and corrupt people.
